Physical merchandise orders can take longer to complete and ship than digital assets. Our suppliers handle all shipping fulfillment of these orders.
When your physical merchandise order has fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email update with your tracking number. Check your spam, junk, and other folders for these messages. All messages are sent from email@example.com. You can search for this email address in your email provider.
How long does a shipment usually take to arrive?
Items are ready to ship and will generally ship within a week of your purchase. Shipping can take between 4-6 weeks for delivery. If orders fulfill close to or during the holidays, the order delivery may take longer. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please contact RSI Customer Service for assistance.

Where do I find my tracking number?
Check your email for a message from firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping update message of your account. When your item ships you will receive an email that includes a tracking number. You can also locate your order and tracking number through your Account.
- Visit our site and login to Account.
- Go to your Billing & Subscription.
- Locate the order and expand to find your shipping tracking number.
How do I track my shipment?
Please bear in mind some countries do not offer tracking support. Once the package has arrived within your country you might not receive any further updates until it's been delivered to you.
How do I change my shipping address?
If the item has not had the “shipping order created,” we can change the address for you. Contact RSI Player Relations with the order number and the changed shipping address.
I'm unsure about what shipping address I entered. Help!
If you have any doubt about your shipping address for the order, contact RSI Player Relations with the order number and shipping address, including your postal/zip code and country. We will verify all shipping information and the address, country, and postal/zip code. Any mistake can cause issues with shipping fulfillment.
What if my item does not arrive in the 4-6 week time frame after shipping?
If the item has not arrived, contact RSI Player Relations with the order number. We will check into the order, check its location and status, and verify the shipping information with you. We may ask you to wait a few weeks to be sure the item is not delayed, but we are happy to help if need be.
What if my item is returned to sender?
In the event your package has not been received it will be returned to sender. Please submit a support ticket for assistance. A replacement will be arranged or a refund provided.
