While you are playing the game and suddenly have a disconnection issue and receive an error message with 20012 or 30012 display. Typically this error is due to server-side connection issues due to server stability and performance.
Despite the server-side issue, you may be able to solve the connection issue checking the following:
- Try selecting a different region before pressing the Visit Spaceport button. In the drop-down at the top, select and try EU, US or AUS.
- Verify your game files if it consistently occurs at the same place and action. In the Launcher, click Settings and Verify.
- Some players have solved this by updating their video drivers for Nvidia and AMD
