We handle and ship all physical merchandise through an international manufacturer and shipper. If you receive the incorrect or damaged item, we can help replace the merchandise.
For example, if you receive the wrong size of tshirt, a booklet with ripped pages, or other issues, you can enter a ticket and provide information on the issue. We will review and respond to help get you the right items!
What do I send in?
Enter a ticket for merchandise. Please provide as much of the following as possible. You can also include information from your order email confirmation or the site.
- Order ID
- Name of the merchandise
- Size, dimensions, etc. you ordered
- Issue with the item
- Photos of the damaged item or incorrect size, etc.
What happens next?
We will review the case and may ask for additional information, photos, and so on. If we are able to replace the item, we will verify the order information, merchandise specifics, shipping address, and get a new item sent to you.
Currently, we do not require sending in the damaged or incorrect item to our offices or the manufacturer. If our policies and processes change, we may require the item(s) returned. Any further steps will be provided at that time.
