We are currently aware of and tracking an issue that may occur that can have the following symptom occur:
- Your Game version displayed in the Launcher does not update
Should this happen, try the following steps:
- Ensure your launcher is fully closed.
- Right-click on the Windows icon and select Run.
- Enter %appdata% and click Ok. This opens Users\CurrentProfile\Appdata\Roaming.
- Delete the "rsilauncher" folder.
- Re-open the Launcher
The Launcher will verify your game files and the new version number should show or prompt to update your client.
