We are currently tracking multiple issues that result in unexpected behavior when retrieving a ship from an ASOP terminal (referred to in-game as a "Ship Retrieval Console").
Players may encounter the following issues when requesting their ship:
- STARC-84078 - The ship is stored shortly after being retrieved by the player, before they have a chance to board.
Workaround: Wait a few minutes, select a different ship or try another server.
- STARC-85313 - The ship does not appear at the stated hangar. In this case, the ship may have been sent to the hangar that you landed at.
Workaround: Remember which landing pad you landed at and attempt to find your ship there, or select a different ship to the one you landed with.
- STARC-85361 - The ship is poorly positioned on the landing pad, rotated to be upside-down or otherwise inaccessible. It may even clip into the landing pad, resulting in damage to, or the potential destruction of the ship.
Workaround: Sell any cargo aboard if possible and submit an insurance claim via the ASOP terminal.
We are working to resolve these issues as part of a subsequent release. If you happen to encounter any of these issues, contributions to the provided Issue Council reports will help our developers to triage and resolve them more quickly.
