After logging out in the bed aboard their ship, players may log back in to find themselves back at the last spaceport they visited, rather than aboard their ship.
In this case, the Fleet Manager will likely display the ship as "Stored, Unknown", forcing the player to submit an insurance claim for their ship, forfeiting any cargo aboard or customizations that were made.
We are actively tracking this issue and it will need to be resolved in a subsequent release. Should this happen to you, contribute to STARC-88859 to help our developers reproduce and resolve this in due course.
In the meantime, we recommend that players only outfit their ships with cargo and equipment that they are willing to lose. RSI Support will not be able to assist with replacing any losses that may result from this or other issues that may cause the loss of ships, cargo, or equipment.
