There is currently an issue we are tracking where players may find they will be missing ship components after changing their equipment load out and then respawning their ship (via removing from storage, filing an insurance claim, etc.). Should this occur, the ship will become unusable and further insurance claims will not correct this.
Should this happen to your ship, please do the following steps:
- Login to your RSI account on the website.
- Report the issue and any details regarding what you were doing when it happened on the Issue Council.
- Place a ticket to RSI support for assistance if you have no other working ships available to fly.
Describing the issue in detail with an appropriate subject line in the ticket will help us locate and assist faster. We will respond as soon as we are able once the ticket has been received.
