We are aware of an issue where a player's RSI Account UEC total may not be properly added to their in-game wallet's aUEC. By Account UEC, we mean the value that is listed on the player's account on the website, as shown in the screenshot here:
UEC contained in Game Packages is not included in this total.
The aUEC total in game might be incorrect after the following events have occurred:
- A player first logs in after a major patch or hotfix has been applied that required a database wipe and reset.
- A player has purchased a UEC Chit from the Pledge Store.
Please be certain to wait and give ample time for the system to catch up and properly apply your UEC. Should a player discover their aUEC total does not match what is listed on their account after the above events have occurred and enough time has passed, we encourage you to continue playing as there are ways to earn aUEC in game and it will not prevent you from playing.
We have some scattered reports that the following workarounds may recover missing aUEC in some cases:
- Logging out and restarting the game client.
- Purchasing an item in-game.
- Changing server regions prior to logging into Universe.

Due to Long Term Persistence changes and testing for patch 3.8.2, it may not be possible to recover or properly attribute this amount to players that did not correctly receive it. This is not something that RSI Support can correct and a Character Reset will not correct the issue either. We are working on a fix for this for a future patch.
