The fulfillment and shipping of Physical Merchandise is performed by our shipping partners and orders are typically shipped within 24 hours from placement.
Physical merchandise items under 2kg will be sent without the ability to track, but any orders over this will receive an email update with a tracking number once shipped. Be sure to check your spam, junk, and other folders for these messages. All messages are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. You can search for this email address in your email provider if you think it has been filtered out.

How long does a shipment usually take to arrive?
In stock items are ready to ship within 24 hours. Exceptions are holidays, weekends, or Pre-Orders items.
Deliveries are expected to take 4-6 days, or up to a week. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please contact RSI Player Relations for assistance, be sure to include your order number or details about your order. We will investigate and provide an update!
If there is a tracking code for your package, you may want to contact your local post office for additional information or assistance.
Where do I find my tracking number?
For orders over 2kg, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number, be sure to check your email for a message from email@example.com if you believe you missed it.
You can also locate your order and tracking number through your accounts Billing and Subscription page, included with the order summary.
- Visit our site and login to Account.
- Go to your Billing & Subscription.
- Locate the order and expand to find your shipping tracking number.
How do I track my shipment?
Once the order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code and a link to track the package. You can also find the tracking information by clicking the “Track Package” button on the order under your accounts Billing and Subscription page.
How do I change my shipping address?
Due to the speed at which orders are processed, RSI Support will be unable to amend orders after the status is updated to “Shipping”. If your order has been shipped and you need to amend the delivery address, you should be able to do so through the delivery company with the link provided in your tracking email.
If your order is still in a pending state RSI Support may be able to amend the address, please contact RSI Support and we will see what can be done.
I'm unsure about what shipping address I entered. Help!
If you have any doubt about your shipping address for the order, you can check the email that contains the tracking information. You can also locate your order and tracking number through your accounts Billing and Subscription page, included with the order summary.
If you have any questions or need assistance with this, please contact RSI Player Relations with the order number and shipping address, including your postal/zip code and country. We will verify all shipping information and the address, country, and postal/zip code.
What if my item does not arrive?
If the item has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact RSI Support with the order number. We will check into the order, confirm its location and status, or verify the shipping information with you.
What if my item is returned to sender?
In the event your package has not been received it will be returned to sender. Please submit a support ticket with contact RSI Player Relations for assistance. A replacement will be arranged, or a refund provided.
