I Want a Copy of my Account Data
If you would like a copy of your account data, our Player Relations team can help you with the request. We recommend reading our privacy policy first to understand the nature of the data that we collect.
As we will be discussing personal account information, to verify the legitimacy of your request, we require that you do so from your registered and verified RSI account. This means that you must submit the request after logging into the RSI account in question and have passed Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
If your request is approved, it may take up to 30 days to complete the request. The account data package will be delivered to you securely and encrypted so that only you will have access to its contents.
To submit your request:
- Login to your RSI Account.
- Head to our support site Knowledge Base.
- Click the Submit a Request button.
- Clearly outline your request with both a descriptive subject and within the body of the message itself.
- Send the ticket.
We will not be able to assist with this request if the ticket is placed while the relevant RSI account is not logged in or if it was sent from an email address not associated with the account. If you need assistance recovering access to your RSI account, you will need to do that first.

Delete my RSI Account
If you would like to have your account and personal information deleted, our Player Relations team can assist with the request. We hate to see you go, but understand and respect our user's decisions when it comes to personal information privacy. Proceeding with this erasure request will permanently remove your personal information from our system.
IMPORTANT: Account deletion is permanent!
If we delete your account and remove your personal data from our systems, this request cannot be reversed. You will lose access to all rare and limited ships, pledges, backer perks, and access to the account handle and Login ID.
Please consider these implications before proceeding with your request.
Information that will be removed:
- Name
- Contact Information (phone number, address, email address)
- Security details
- Saved Payment Information
- All attributed pledges
Additional Actions:
- You will be removed from all mailing lists
- Any communication with RSI Player Relations Staff will be removed
- Your Login ID, Handle, and email address will be removed, and thus will be free for use by other RSI accounts.
This deletion will only apply to the account from which the request is made. If you have any other accounts registered under other email address, you will need to submit a separate request from those accounts.
Requests for account deletion may take up to 30 days to complete. Once the erasure is complete, RSI will not be able to recover or restore your account or personal information.
