We are aware of and tracking an issue with player ships that may greatly hinder normal game play.
Sometimes when spawning a ship, it will appear missing key components and thus cannot be used. This may occur even after an insurance claim has been filed on the ship, and seems more prevalent after a player has had to force quit the game for some reason, such as after a game crash.
To address this issue and help us track down the underlying cause:
- Head to the RSI website.
- Login to your RSI account.
- Report what happened and the steps to reproduce it using this link: STARC-91410
- Attempt to spawn a different ship.
If all of your ships have entered a state where they have become unusable, please place a ticket to RSI Support explaining the issue and we will assist as soon as possible. Be as complete as possible and use an informative subject for your request to help us identify the cause of the contact quickly.
