We are aware of an issue where non-ship component customizations on a 300-series ship may be removed after an insurance claim is filed. This is unfortunately not something that RSI support can assist with directly and will need to be corrected in a future patch.
Don't worry though; any customizations set on the affected ship have not been lost!
Should this happen to your ship, please do the following steps:
- Login to your RSI account on the website.
- Report the issue and any details regarding what you were doing when it happened on the Issue Council using this link.
