There have been many reports of players finding that after switching out either their ship or personal equipment, the swapped out components and items vanish from their inventory and cannot be used again. Should you experience this issue, please add your accounting and experience to the appropriate Issue Council report to help us track down and correct the root cause.
There are a few prevalent instances that are being tracked at the moment, so add your personal information to the appropriate report:
- Ship loadout resets to default - STARC-95939
- Stock ship components missing after loadout changes - STARC-96547
- Personal weapons/armor missing after switching equipment - STARC-96699
RSI Support will not be able to assist with recovering individually lost items.
However, if your account has gotten into a state where it has become completely unplayable due to all available ships getting into an unflyable state, please put in a ticket requesting assistance.
