We've received some reports of technical issues from players that seem to be rooted in an out of date operating system. To ensure that your drivers and programs are working properly and securely, Windows should be kept up to date.
Check which version of Windows 10 or 11 that you are using by following these steps:
- Right-click on the Windows Start task bar icon.
- Select Settings from the pop-up menu that appears.
- Scroll down to Windows specifications and check the Version number.
To check if your version is the most current, you will need to run Windows Update.
