This error means that the computer being used to access the game is incompatible and will either have difficulty running the game in a way that promotes a good gaming experience, or may not be able to run it at all. Specifically, as indicated in the error the CPU (Central Processing Unit) of the system involved cannot support the various instruction sets that are required for running the game. As this is a hardware issue, RSI Support staff will not be able to assist with correcting this.
Star Citizen has certain minimum system requirements required in order for a player's computer to be able the run the game properly. We also have some recommended system specifications as well for a better in-game experience.
